As there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 13.07.2022, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
“to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.1 to 4 for laying the road in the petitioner’s land in Sy.No.2076/1, to an extent of Ac.2.44 ½ cents, situated at Motamallela village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District, under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, A.P., without initiating any land acquisition proceedings as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner without due process of law.”
“Pending further orders, the respondents shall not interfere with the petitioner’s possession of Acs.2.44 ½ cents of land comprised in Survey No.2076/1 of Motamallela village, Rompicherla Mandal, Chittoor District, for the purpose of laying road under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, without following due process of law.”
