THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI WRIT PETITION No.27817 of 2021
JUDGMENT:-
Sri E.Venkata Rao, learned counsel representing Sri G.Venkateswarulu, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not pressing the Writ Petition. It may be dismissed as not pressed. He submits that memo of withdrawal vide U.S.R.No.10570 of 2020, dated 08.03.2022 was filed, which is on record.
In view of the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
