JUDGMENT
Heard Sri V. R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Badra Naga Seshayya A.V, AGP for Services – IV and Sri P. Anand Surya, learned counsel, representing Sri Kalava Suresh Kumar Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent No.3.
“...to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on part of the of the respondent No.2 in extending the time scale attached to the posts in which the petitioners are working and also drawing their salaries including the arrears of pay and allowances payable to them with effect from 23.02.2001 by considering the proceedings in Roc.No.230505/E1/2020 dated 06.02.2020 addressed by the respondent No.3 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the well established legal principles apart from being violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to extend the time scale attached to the posts in which the petitioners are working and also draw their salaries including the arrears of pay and allowance payable to them from 23.02.2001 as has been requested through the proceedings in Roc.No.230505/E1/2020 dated 06 02 2020 addressed by the respondent No 3 and pass such order or orders...”
