JUDGMENT:
Sri k. Asad Ahamed, learned counsel, representing Sri Arvind Kumar Kata, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioner has been reinstated into service, vide Order dated 19.03.2021, and accordingly, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous, which may be dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in
consequence.
