Order:
This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing final registration certificate for fresh water aquaculture farm in Survey Nos.589, 591/1, 592/1, 586 and 573, admeasuring an extent of Ac.46.45 cents, situated in Jaligudi village, Eluru mandal, West Godavari district, as illegal and arbitrary.
The Writ Petition is that of the year 2015 and there is no interim direction whatsoever.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that in view of APSADA Act, the matter has become infructuous and no orders are necessary to be passed in the Writ Petition.
In view of the said categorical statement made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
