application dated 07.10.2014 seeking permission for digging of fish tanks in an extent of Ac.4.52 cents in RS No.26/1,2,3 and in an extent of Ac.2.90 cents in RS No.32 of Pippara village respectively; thereupon the Mandal Level Committee recommended the proposal to the District Level Committee after due verification and personal inspection of the officials; the said lands are low level lands which will be submerged during the rainy season and the same are not fertile lands; they also received input subsidies from the government; petitioners are not the adjacent farmers; surrounding farmers by name China Venkata Raju, LRs of I.Kota Sathi Raju, I Satish Varma, Datla Radhika swathi, Veera Venkata Rama Krishnam Raju etc. have also given no objection certificates to the authorities; the lands of the petitioners situated in Sy.Nos.34 and 35, are far of place from the lands of the unofficial respondents; the unofficial respondents have left sufficient land within the agricultural land to avoid seepage and hence, the Mandal Level Committee recommended for grant of permission; the 7th respondent by name Meesala China Musalaiah died long back and in spite of the same, the writ petition is filed in his name; the subjects lands were already converted into fish lands in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.7 and prays to dismiss the writ petition.
