In view of the letter dated 01.08.2022 filed by Mr. P.V. Krishnaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition, on the ground that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the writ petition, the
matter is listed today under the caption “for withdrawal”.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any,
shall stand dismissed.
