ORDER:-

This Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 3.5.2021 and 27.10.2021 of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India; consequently direct the 3^rd respondent to consider the above said representations.

Heard Mr. T.V.V.Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material available on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, suffice if a direction is given to the 3^rd respondent to dispose of the representations dated 03.05.2021 and 27.10.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law, by stipulating the time period.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department, appearing for the respondents, does not refute the said submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and without touching the merits of the case, the 3^rd respondent is directed to

consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 03.05.2021 and 27.10.2021 of the petitioner, in accordance with law,

within a period of (06) six weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
