ORDER:-
Mr. K. Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that, in view of final orders passed by the Project Officer, DWMA, Ananthapuramu / 3rd respondent herein in R.C.No.05/H.R/F.A/ S.M/Chayapuram/Vajrakarur/22, dated 05.08.2022, the writ petition has become infructuous and the liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the said order.
In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said order dated 05.08.2022.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
