ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in withholding payment of amounts even after finalizing bill, payable to the petitioner in relation to the execution of work i.e., levelling and formation of site to a total extent of Ac.12.00 by removing the laterite stone formation hills in Ac.5.12 cents and refilling the same in balance Ac.6.88 cents which are in deep pits at Mannarpoluru area of Srikalahasthi Road under “Navarathanalu Pedalandariki Indlu” as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the principles of natural justice.
