This petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India for the following relief:-

“ …to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the salaries of the petitioner in spite of submission of salary bills of the petitioner by the Mandal Educational Officer, Guntur to the Treasury Authorities and not paying salary to the petitioner every month is wholly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for release of salaries as per the bills submitted by the Mandal Educational Office, Guntur on 06.12.2021 and for payment of salary every month and pass such other order or orders … …. ”

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for School Education and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the

respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she made several representations for releasing of her arrears of salary bills, the respondents have not taken any steps so far.

On hearing, learned Government Pleader for School Education represented that the 3^rd respondent i.e., Mandal

Educational Officer, Guntur has submitted the supplementary

bills towards the leave salary period of the petitioner from 18.02.2008 to 31.10.2021 to the 5^th respondent. The same was passed by the 5^th respondent vide CFMS Bill No.2022-542356 and the bill amount was credited to the petitioner’s account on 13.06.2022. He further represented that another regular salary bill for the period from 01.11.2021 to 30.06.2022 i.e., for 8 months was also passed by the 5^th respondent on 30.07.2022 vide CFMS No.2022-915095, and the bill amount was credited to the petitioner’s account on 09.08.2022. He further represented that no other bills are pending to be paid to the petitioner by the 3^rd respondent.

In view of the above representation, the grievance of the petitioner is resolved. Hence, the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
