Heard Sri M. Lakshminarayana, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri Raviteja Padiri, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 and Sri Koti Reddy Idamakanti, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.6 & 7.
The petitioners had been granted old age pension earlier. Petitioners 1 to 3 are eligible for single women pension and petitioners 4 to 6 are eligible for old age pension. The pension of petitioners 1 to 3 were stopped from the month of June 2021 and the pension of petitioners 4 to 6 was stopped from August 2021. Being aggrieved by the said stoppage of single women pension and old age pension, the petitioners had approached this Court contending that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned under G.O.Ms.No.174, dated 13.12.2019 and would be entitled for such pension from January, 2020 onwards.
Similar matters had come up before this Hon’ble Court and had been disposed of by way of a common order dated 27.09.2021 in W.P.No.18874 of 2021 and batch.
Following the said order, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions.
