ORDER:-
Learned counsel on both sides are present.
Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the very suit in OS.No.376 of 2010 was disposed of by the learned trial Court and the present revision arose out of certain interlocutory orders that were passed in applications concerning appointment of a commissioner and since the very suit was disposed of the present revision has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondent admits the correctness of the fact
about disposal of OS.No.376 of 2010 by the trial Court.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
