ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Sec.482 Cr.P.C., by the Petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking to quash C.C.193 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kuppam registered for the offence under Sections 447 and 379 IPC.
At the time of hearing, Sri P.V.Raghu Ram, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.
In view of the said representation. The Criminal Petition is
dismissed as infructuous.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
