ORDER:
The learned Government Pleader submits that a survey was conducted in relation to the land in the occupation of the 6th respondent and it was found that he was in illegal occupation of 36 sq.yards of land. Thereupon, notice was issued under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 to the 6th respondent. The respondents after receiving the explanation from the 6th respondent had also issued an order under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
