ORDER:
Learned Government Pleader for Medical Health & Family Welfare submits that the tender notification dated 19.06.2021 has been cancelled and a fresh tender notification has been issued on 17.07.2021 and the bids will be received from today. In the circumstances, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to participate in the fresh bid.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall
be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any,
shall stand closed.
