The petitioner who is said to have been cultivating Ac.2.37 cents in Sy.No.377 of Lingam Party Village belongs to the 4th respondent-temple had participated in the auction of the lease hold rights for the said land for the years 2021 to 2024 and was the successful bidder having bid an amount of Rs.77,500/- as annual rent for an extent of Ac.2.37 cents of land.
