This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:-
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus, questioning the action of the respondents in seizing the Lorry bearing Registration No. AP 16 TD 8555 is illegal and arbitrary, consequently direct the Respondents to release the above vehicle”.
