ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of
India seeking the following relief:-
“….to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not issuing dispatch permits to the petitioner in respect of the quarry lease granted in 43-1, 43-3A, 43-3B, 44-2, 44-4A, 44-4B, 47-1 and 47-2 of Addepalli Village Chillakur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, over an extent of 4.715 hectares for a period of 20 years, pursuance to the mining lease granted in favour of the petitioner in proceedings No. 3596/P/2016 dated 15.02.2019 as illegal, violative and consequently direct the 4th respondent to issue dispatch permits to the petitioner as and when applied in terms of Rule 12(5)(h)(iii) of the Rules.”
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.18412 of 2020 and its batch dated 05.02.2021 to this order.
