ORDER :
The writ petition is filed declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in not according permission to replace the permit bearing No.35/64 authorized to ply on the road Bellary to Kurnool in respect of the vehicle bearing registration No.AP 39 U 3645 with another vehicle pursuant to the application, dated 22.10.2020, of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary and direct the 4th respondent to release the said vehicle from the coverage of inter-state stage carriage permit No.35/64 by issuing clearance certificate forthwith.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
