ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not issuing the dispatch permits to transport colour granite being quarried over the lease area in an extent of 1.340 hectares in Sy.No.28 of Chinaganipalli Village, Amadagar Mandal, Anantapur District inspite of repeated requests and representations, as arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to issue dispatch permits to the petitioner.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.10457 of 2020 on 02.03.2021.
