ORDER:
The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any steps for deletion of petitioner’s property to an extent of Ac.2.37 cents out of Ac.5.37 cents situated in Survey No.326-2B of Moda Village, Parigi Mandal, Anantapur District from the prohibited list by considering the G.O.Ms.No.575, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 16.11.2018 and the further action of the respondents 4 and 5 in declining to receive and accept the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the said land by relying on the prohibition list furnished by the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and violative of G.O.Ms.No.575 dated 16.11.2018 and also the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1418 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020.
When the matter is taken up today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 07.12.2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.22609 of 2020. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps appearing for the respondents has not disputed the same.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
Office is directed to append a copy of the order dated 07.12.2020 in Writ Petition No.22609 of 2020 to this order.
