ORDER:
The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 5 in including the lands to an extent of 888.88 Sq. yards covering Plot Nos.66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 122 and 123 situated in Sy.No.1089/2 of Thatiguntapalli Revenue Village, Valmikipuram Mandal, Chittoor District and an extent of 444.44 Sq. yards in Sy.No.1089/2 of Thatiguntapalli Revenue Village, Valmikipuram Mandal, Chittoor District in the prohibited list under Section 22-A(1)(e) of Registration Act, 1908 in issuing G.O.Ms.No.215, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 13.05.2016 of the 1st respondent and consequential action of the 6th respondent in refusing to receive and register the documents presented by the petitioners for registration in respect of the aforesaid lands, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.575, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 16.11.2018 and also the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.1418 of 2020 dated 27.01.2020 and W.P.No.19193 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 and consequently direct the 6th respondent to receive, register and release the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the aforesaid property.
When the matter is taken up today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners

that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 08.12.2020 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.23257 of 2020. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has not disputed the same.
In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the aforesaid order, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
Office is directed to append a copy of the order dated 08.12.2020 in Writ Petition No.23257 of 2020 to this order.
