WRIT PETITION No.23518 OF 2021
ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri K.R.Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioners, that, subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, a crime has been registered by the respondents and, in view of the same, a request is made by the learned counsel to permit the petitioners to assail the registration of the crime in appropriate proceedings.
Recording the above submission, with the liberty as prayed
for, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
