the interim injunction order dated 02.12.2020 was not extended beyond 04.03.2021, i.e., the date on which the defendant (petitioner herein) filed the counter in the injunction application, the unsuccessful respondent No.4 herein pressurized the police authorities and when the police authorities attempted to interfere with the civil disputes at the instance of respondent No.4, the petitioner herein filed W.P. No.22796 of 2021 and this Court in I.A. No.1 of 2021, passed interim orders, directing the respondentpolice officials not to interfere with the civil disputes relating to the subject matters of O.S. No.87 of 2020 and O.S. No.22 of 2021 on the file of the Court of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gannavaram, in respect of the property covered by R.S.No.2/2 of Vedurupavuluru Village, Gannavaram Mandal, Krishna District. According to the learned counsel, the said Writ Petition is also pending consideration before this Court. With an allegation that though the petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Assistant Engineer, APSEB, Nunna, Vijayawada Rural, Krishna District, respondent No.3 herein, explaining about the removal of service connection by respondent No.4, the respondent-authorities are trying to extend the service connection on the applications submitted by respondent No.4.
