ORDER:
There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 20.12.2021 and the matter was listed on 21.12.2021. Even on that day also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed to 22.12.2021 under the caption, ‘for dismissal’. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
