The Writ Petition is filed questioning the impugned notice dated 28.12.2019 issued by the third respondent directing the petitioner to appear for enquiry regarding community claim.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader submitted that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.1939 of 2019 and batch, dated 01.10.2021.
In view of the same, following the orders in W.P.No.1939 of 2019 and batch, dated 01.10.2021, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
