This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent in interfering with the petitioner’s manufacturing and sale of bio-products as illegal and arbitrary.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, both the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader submitted that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.13212 of 2021, dated 05.08.2021.
In view of the same, following the orders in W.P.No.13212 of 2021, dated 05.08.2021, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in
this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
