ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that after filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents have supplied the essential commodities to the petitioner to supply the same to the cardholders and thereby the grievance of the petitioner is redressed and the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
