ORDER :
In view of the letter addressed to the Registry by learned counsel for the petitioner requesting to post the matter under the caption ‘for withdrawal’, inter alia stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P, this Tr.C.M.P is listed today under the caption ‘for withdrawal’.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner
seeks permission to withdraw the Tr.C.M.P.
Permission is accorded.
