ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner for canceling the license of the 3rd respondent for blasting the rocks without taking proper care, destroying the petitioner’s crops by transport through vehicles in the lands of the petitioner.
Sri Kata Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent stated that the license was granted for ten years, which got expired by 27.03.2018 i.e prior to filing of this Writ Petition. Subsequently, no renewal was made and no mining operations carried on by the 3rd respondent and he is not in possession of the leased area. The cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous . There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
