ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent-police officials in interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of the land covered by Sy.No.89 of Peddacherlopalli Village in an extent of Ac.0-49 cents and in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the said land at the instance of the 4th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently sought direction to the respondent-police officials not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in respect of the said land.

any attempt to dispossess the petitioners from the said land, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
