ORDER:-
This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Cr.P.C.”) is filed seeking quash of the F.I.R. in Crime No.265 of 2021 of Vinukonda Town Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 336, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 3 (1) (r) and 3 (1) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Schedules Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the petitioner.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
