ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein, for redressal of his grievance, submitted a representation before the Assistant Engineer, Operation, APEPDCL, Anaparthi, East Godavari district-5^th respondent herein, on 23.04.2021, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel to direct 5^th respondent to verify the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri Metta Chandrasekhar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 to 6 that the said representation will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing 5^th respondent to verify the representation dated 23.04.2021 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No order as to costs of the Writ Petition.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
