ORDER :
In view of the letter, dated 30.08.2021, filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Case, permission is accorded and the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
