ORDER:-
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing the notice in ROC No.681/2/2021/G1, dated 21.6.2021 under section 405, 639, 640 and 406 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 without assessing the width of the road by issuing notices to the residents/owners of the houses of either side of the road for survey in Sy.No.211 and 221 of Mangalagiri Municipality, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners property in H.No.5-498/1, Tenali Road, Mangalagiri, Guntur District under the guise of the aforesaid notice.
