ORDER:-

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to declare the action of the 2^nd respondent in issuing the notice in ROC No.681/2/2021/G1, dated 21.6.2021 under section 405, 639, 640 and 406 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 without assessing the width of the road by issuing notices to the residents/owners of the houses of either side of the road for survey in Sy.No.211 and 221 of Mangalagiri Municipality, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh as illegal and consequently direct the 2^nd respondent not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners property in H.No.5-498, Tenali Road, Mangalagiri, Guntur District under the guise of the aforesaid notice.

Heard both sides.

During the course of hearing, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in an identical writ petition in W.P.No.11704 of 2021 on 28.6.2021 this Court has disposed of the said Writ Petition and requested the Court to dispose of this Writ Petition in the same lines as that of W.P.No.11704 of 2021

Learned Standing Counsel appearing onbehalf of the 2^nd respondent Corporation has also submitted the same.

In view of the submissions made by both side Counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of at admission stage, in the same lines as that of the Writ Petition No.11704 of 2021 dated 28.6.2021. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
