ORDER:-
During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that after filing this Writ Petition, the respondent authorities have initiated action and issued notice on 01.7.2021. In view of the subsequent notice, no further orders are required and the Writ Petition became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the Writ Petition with a liberty to submit reply to the notice dated 01.7.2021.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
