ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in highhandedly dispossessing the petitioner for laying road for NAVARATNALU COLONY from the house plot of the petitioner in an extent of 320 Sq Yds of Plot No.892 situated in R.S.No.80 of Palacherla Village, Rajanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District, without initiating any proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation Act 2013 as wholly illegal arbitrary and in violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the above house plot of the petitioner without following the due process of law”
Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submit that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.14289 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021.
Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order in W.P.No.14289 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021. No costs.
The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the order in W.P.No.14289 of 2021 dated 03.08.2021 to this order.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
