ORDER:-
This Contempt Case is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 09.02.2021 in W.P.No. 3107 of 2021.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that as the speaking order is passed by the respondent/ contemnor in pursuance of the order passed by this Court dated 09.02.2021 in W.P.No.3107 of 2021 and communicated to the petitioner and also learned counsel for the petitioner.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the order is not in accordance with law. Though, order is complied with and requested to give liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order served on him.
Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the 3rd respondent as the order is complied with, no further adjudication is necessary in this matter. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed, while giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order served on him by the 3rd respondent. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
