ORDER:-
The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the docket order dated 15.4.2021 wherein the petitioner herein was the plaintiff filed I.A.No.368 of 2021 under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 and Section 151 CPC in O.S.82 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Repalle, praying the Court to grant temporary injunction restraining the respondent/defendant and his men from in any way interfering with petitioner/plaintiff’s making repairs and renovating to the plaint schedule property pending disposal of the suit. At the time of admission, learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Repalle had ordered to issue notice to the respondent through Court and RP on payment of process and posted to 15.6.2021. For non-granting of ad-interim injunction in the said I.A., the present Revision is filed.
Heard Sri N.Srihari, learned Counsel for the petitioner.
At the time of admission, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the revision petitioner had submitted that the respondent was not appearing before the Court below. In view of the same the learned Counsel requested this Court to give direction to the Court below to dispose of I.A.368 of 2021 in O.S.82 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Repalle to consider the I.A.368 of 2021 in O.S.82 of

2021 on its file on merits and pass appropriate orders within one (01) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
