COMMON ORDER:-
During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners in all the above cases has submitted that, the respondent had settled the amount to the petitioners under One Time Settlement scheme in all the cases and the petitioners herein in all the above cases intend to refer their respective original suits pending in the Court below, to the ensuing Lok Adalat to be held on 10.7.2021. In view of the same, learned Counsel for the petitioners requested the Court to permit her to withdraw all the above C.R.P’s .
Permission accorded.
Accordingly, all the above Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
