ORDER:-
During the course of hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that they have executed the decree and in view of the same the appeal would be decided in regular course.
Sri Peeta Ramana, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has also submitted that the decree has been executed and in view of the same nothing survives in this Revision and prayed to close the Civil Revision Petition.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
