ORDER:
Without going into the merits of the case, when the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent-State has submitted that the police have followed the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. and after submit the explanation by the petitioner, the police considered the same and filed a charge sheet.
In view of the above said submissions, the present
criminal petition is closed.
