This petition is filed under Sections 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Cr.P.C”) seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner/Accused-4 in connection with Crime No. 57 of 2019 on the file of Kurnool II Town Police Station, Kurnool District, wherein the petitioner is alleged to have committed the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(b), 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short “IPC”) and Section 5 of A.P. Protection Depositors of Financial Establishment Act, 1999.
