ORDER :
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State on instructions submits that the accused in connection with this case were released on bail as per the orders of the Court below and cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive any further for adjudication and become infructuous.
In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
All pending interlocutory applications shall stand closed.
