ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking to quash the FIR in No.160 of 2019 of IV Town Police Station, Kurnool, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (1)(r) (s), (2) (va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, on 02.08.2019, granted interim stay of further proceedings in FIR.No.160 of 2019 on the file of P.S. Kurnool IV Town and the same is being extended from time to time.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed.
