ORDER:-
Sri Tulasi Raj Gokul, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was enlarged on bail before the Court below. Hence, this criminal petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
