ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed assailing the order dated 2.11.2020 passed in FOCP (M.C.No.) No.1160 of 2018 by the Principal Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge at Vijayawada, whereby and whereunder the petition filed under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 filed by the petitioner-wife seeking enhancement of the maintenance amount from Rs.3,000/- per month to Rs.30,000/- per month was partly allowed, enhancing maintenance from Rs.3,000/- to Rs.10,000/from the date of petition to be paid on or before 10th of every month.
