ORDER:
This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 29.01.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1696 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents preferred Writ Appeal No.686 of 2021 against the order dated 29.01.2021 passed in W.P.No.1696 of 2021 and the same was allowed on 11.11.2021 setting aside the order dated 29.01.2021 by giving liberty to the petitioners herein to pursue the earlier W.P.No.41454 of 2017 filed by them.
In view of the aforesaid submission, no cause survives in the contempt case and thereby the Contempt Case is closed.
As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
